At Well:

- There was neither rope nor bucket.
- He returns to bordj and searched his pack.
- Small metal teapot.
- He has no line(rope).
- Bits of cords and articles of clothing make only 8 metres.
- Tore the turban into four stripes.
- Teapot reached half down the well.
What else:
- Sleeping bag (No).
- Because nights were bitterly cold.
- Without blanket he would freeze to death.
